Opening Event Results
Thank you to everyone who participated in the opening event and made it such a great success! We had 28 different people play at least one round, which is the most activity we've had in a JDC event for some time now. The results have now been posted - congratulations to Jety for winning! (who's surprised?)
I could not give points to players Cpt. Mac, Mike, Tam, Vilinder and Whoajoo89 on this occasion, as they do not have active JDC accounts at the time of writing that I'm aware of. If you recognise any of these nicknames as your own, login by close of play on Friday and I'll reward you the points you've earned for playing in the event.
If you missed the event and are interested in seeing what all the fuss is about, ShakerNL has very kindly provided a full YouTube video.
I've arranged a Domination event for Thursday. This is a gamemode added by JJ2+ based on the UT gamemode of the same name, so if you've ever played that or are just itching to try out some brand new gamemodes in JJ2, I'd be sure to mark your calendar!
Season 28 begins tonight!
Get ready! In just 3 hours (at the time of writing) Season 28 will kick off with a big event where we hope to see you all. If any new players are joining us, make sure to install JJ2+ before joining.
This season uses the same scoring system as last season, with one difference. Each duel you win decreases the base points you get for the next win against that player by 20%, until it settles at 20% of the base value. So if you've won a duel against PurpleJazz, and play him again, you'll only get 80% of the points you got the first time, then 60% if you win again, and so on. This resets with each round. We hope this discourages grinding.
Finally, we've got a challenge for each round again. Round 1 challenges you to play a duel (win or lose) against 7 unique opponents, for a reward of 30 points.
Good Luck to You all!
JDC Season 28 begins Saturday the 9th!
Jazz is back, and so is the Jazz Duelist's Challenge!
The multiplayer tournament for Jazz 2 players will return on Saturday, December 9th. Everybody is welcome to join and take a stab at the ladder, by playing duels and team games with players from all around the world!
Even if you're not interested in the tournament ranking, you can still enjoy the special events, featuring lots of players playing obscure game modes in the finest community levels! This is also the perfect opportunity to see what's possible with the JJ2+ mod.
Head over here for more info about JDC in general, and here to register an account.
See you at the opening event on Saturday!

To the surprise of absolutely no one, Jety again dominates, taking the big prize (JDC Champion) as well as a number of smaller ones. Impressively, she managed to play 4 duels more than last season, in spite of this season's slightly lower overall activity.
Hyperion also takes home two big awards, being both the most valuable player in team games and the winner of this season's JDCE tournament, which cements his position as perhaps this season's best allround player.
While this season saw less matches played than the previous one, I think we can look back on a series of good games and events nonetheless, and on behalf of the JDC officials I'd like to thank everyone for participating. We hope to see you back next time!

JDC 27 Ends This Sunday
Due to the end of the summer break rapidly approaching and the general decline in activity in this round, we've retroactively decided that the current round (Round 3) is going to be the last one this season. However, we're going to give people an extra weekend to play in, so therefore closing event will take place on Sunday 3rd September at 19:00 GMT+1. It's going to be a long one, so expect a huge variety of gamemodes and maps!
However, you may still continue to play your round 4 JDCE duels up until Sunday 10th September. Send your screenshots to one of the JDC admins and we'll add them for you.
Race Event
The race event has been postponed by 24 hours. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

If things still don't work please don't hesitate to get in touch with me or another official who will be able to manually generate a password reset link for you.
